SBA Loans
The U.S. Small Business Administration offers a variety of long-term, low-interest loans to help small businesses grow and prosper. These government-backed financing options are considered the gold standard in small business lending. As a preferred partner of the SBA, Bank On It handles the entire process
in-house and can close loans quickly. We are experts in all the SBA has to offer.
SBA 7(a) Loan Program: The SBA’s flagship lending option is its most flexible and most popular offering. It can be used expansion, renovation, new construction, purchase land, building, equipment or fixtures, leasehold improvements, short- and long-term working capital, refinance debt, inventory, starting a business, and more.

SBA 504 Loan Program: This is a specialized lending option for business owners who need long-term,
fixed-asset financing for real estate, heavy machinery, fixtures and equipment. A 10% down payment is required by the borrower.

USDA Loan Program: Similar to other SBA programs; however, this option is used to finance
projects in rural communities where the population is 50,000 or less.

International Trade Loan: This program is designed to allow small businesses to compete in the international marketplace and provides them with enhanced financing options. The ITL eligibility requirements are similar to the 7(a) loan program. It offers a combination of fixed-asset, working capital financing and debt refinancing.

SBA Disaster Loans: This loan option is the only program in which the SBA lends funds directly to businesses and individuals. The SBA provides businesses, homeowners and renters with low-interest loans in areas suffering from declared disasters.
Business Term &
Commercial Real Estate Loans
Bank On It is also an expert in business loans outside of
government-guaranteed financing.
We offer conventional business term loans used for major investments in fixed assets such as machinery or equipment; real estate loans to purchase commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily properties and to refinance an existing commercial real estate loan, including additional equity
cash-out for investment purpose; revolving lines of credit to provide liquidity to your business’ day-to-day operations with the benefit of flexible payment options.
We also provide short-term, or temporary, financing for those in need of bridge or hard money loans.
USDA Business
Loan Program
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Business Loan Program improves the economic health of rural communities by increasing access to business capital through loan guarantees that enable commercial lenders to provide affordable financing for businesses in eligible rural areas, which is defined as an area with a population of 50,000 or less. The program is designed for business conversion, expansion, repair, modernize, or develop; purchase and develop land or buildings; purchase equipment, machinery, leasehold improvements, supply or inventory; and refinance debt.
